Daily Yoga Excursions on the Red Rocks:
VORTEX YOGA TOUR - our Shaman Guides will assist you in making a powerful and life enhancing connection with the Vortexes. You will be lead in Yoga, ceremony, visualization and meditation. Let the beautiful Red Rocks speak to your heart.
CHAKRA YOGA TOUR - Your Guide will Lead you through a Chakra Clearing Yoga Session to cleanse and balance each of your Chakras. You will hike to the Seven Sacred Pools and take part in a Chakra Ceremony to activate each of your Chakras.
TWO PRIVATE SESSIONS
SPIRITUAL COUNSELING - time to look at your life from a spiritual perspective. What is really important and why are you here?! Get a whole new take on life. Return to your World with a great attitude.
DOSHA CONSULT - private session with our Ayurvedic Consultant to learn about your own unique Dosha and how it affects your life. It is very revealing - you will definitely get an Ah Ha moment. She will share with you tools to gain balance and harmony in your life.
FULL MOON CEREMONY - Closing Ceremony in the Sedona Tipi Temple.
