DOSHA DAY

Your day begins at 10:30 a.m. with a Dosha Tour. The tour will be led by the Sedona Red Rock Tours Ayurvedic Specialist. She will take you to a powerful Sedona Vortex especially chosen to compliment your Dosha Type. You will learn all about your Dosha (an ancient system to determine your personality type and what informs and drives you) Your guide will give you valuable tools to balance your Dosha in order to experience more harmony in your life. (2 hours) You will also receive a lovely Dosha bracelet from Dosha Designs.

Followed by a 90 minute Shira Dhara Ayurvedic treatment at the SEDONA ROUGE SPA.

SACRED SEDONA DAY

Immerse yourself in the flavors, ancient teachings and ground yourself in the Sacred Earth of the Southwest.

Your day begins at 9 a.m. with a healing tea brewed for you from herbs and plants used for healing by local tribes for centuries. From there you will be taken on a 2 1/2 hour Tour of Sedona's Medicine Wheels hosted by Sedona Red Rock Tours. Drumming Ceremony and planting the seeds for a new more peaceful you. you will expand your DNA, cross the Bridge to your Divine Heart and enter the Buddha field as the Medicne Wheel and its secrets are revealed to you.
